Founded in 2025 by Vannina Beretti, VB&C draws on nearly two decades of her experience between Paris and New York, working at the highest levels of the fashion and luxury industries. This background informs a bespoke, hands-on methodology, trusted by leading maisons worldwide.


Vannina BERETTI
A native of Corsica, Vannina has called New York, Paris, and Lisbon home, shaping her unique global vision, she began her career in executive search while completing her PhD in Psychology - in Paris, before moving to New York to refine her craft with Maxine Martens - Martens & Heads! and John Jonas - The Jonas Group, both renowned for being among the most iconic boutiques for C-level executive search in the global luxury sector.
She went on to join Sterling International, where she spent 7 years within the Creative Pole, working across the Milan, New York, and Paris offices.
She later founded Upward Creative, part of the Upward Group - a collective of boutique search firms.
In 2025, she launched her first independent venture : VB&C, a natural evolution towards complete autonomy, allowing her to continue delivering bespoke, high-touch advisory in the spirit of a haute couture maison, where craftsmanship and discretion are paramount.
For nearly two decades, Vannina has conducted searches of an inherently international scope, leading numerous high-profile appointments in communications, image, creative, and marketing leadership across the premium and luxury segments both in Europe and the United States.
